MEET DR. emma kingsberg

I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) with a master’s of science in nutrition (MSN) and a certification in pelvic floor therapy. I specialize in women’s health with an emphasis on sexual reproductive medicine, fertility and preconception care.

I am passionate about feminism, education and patient empowerment, which I believe starts with a better understanding of how the female body works. I talk to my patients in depth about the menstrual cycle and how to support the body optimally during each phase of the month. I help patients track their cycles so they can identify their fertile signs and choose when to engage in sexual activity. My intention is to help women understand their bodies better so they can take ownership over their lives and feel empowered to make the life decisions that best serve them. It’s important to me to create a safe space in which I can listen carefully and encourage my patients to speak openly about their concerns. We work together to identify the root cause and create a treatment plan that is tailored to your individual needs.

I conduct annual preventative exams and treat all gynecological conditions. I have a special interest in using naturopathic medicine to help women and couples prepare their bodies for pregnancy. I enjoy working with patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome, premenstrual syndome/dysphoric disorder, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, endometriosis, sexual dysfunction, interstitial cystitis and chronic vaginitis/urinary tract infections.

On a personal note, I grew up in New York City and moved to Oregon in 2014. I enjoy yoga, hiking, skiing and spending time with my partner and his 5 year old daughter.
